Do you deliver and collect the games?

Yes! We deliver, set up and collect all of our giant games.Free delivery is included for bookings of two or more games within 20 miles of Cullompton.Single-game bookings are subject to a £10 delivery charge within the same area.If your venue is outside our standard delivery area, don't worry we're happy to travel. An additional charge of £4 per 5 miles will apply. This will always be confirmed before your booking is finalised.

What time do you deliver and collect?

We’ll agree a delivery and collection window with you when your booking is confirmed.Standard hire includes same-day collection, usually by 8:30pm.If your event finishes later, collections up to 9:00pm may be available by prior arrangement.Need the games overnight? Subject to availability, next-day collection can be arranged for an additional £30.

We’re based in Cullompton, Devon, and regularly deliver throughout Devon and the surrounding areas.If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch.

Can the games be used outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our giant games are perfect for gardens, weddings, parties and outdoor events.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Light showers are usually fine, but prolonged heavy rain or strong winds may make it unsuitable to use the games outdoors.Where possible, we recommend having an indoor or sheltered backup area available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Your booking deposit is non-refundable.If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, any additional payments you’ve made will be refunded in full.Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your event date.If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable booking deposit secures your event date.Bookings under £200 require a £25 booking depositBookings of £200 or more require a £50 booking depositThe remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

What happens if a game is damaged?

Accepted Answer

We expect normal wear and tear from people enjoying the games.However, if equipment is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal use, we may charge the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

Do you stay at the event during hire?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not stay at events during the hire period.We deliver, set up and collect the games, but the equipment is left in your care for the duration of your booking.If required, we may be able to stay on site for an additional charge, but this must be agreed at the time of booking.
